Reachform OS
Your AI Lead Worker, on a desktop. The same deterministic Reachform engine you use in chat, organised into apps, folders and a workspace you can leave running.
Request early access
Access opens in waves while we tune the desktop on real caseloads. Drop your work email and we’ll be in touch.
Chat as the entry point
Open Reachform Chat as a desktop window and run live searches against UK trade directories. Ask in plain English, like "plumbers in Manchester missing a website", and the in-house engine pulls real Foursquare listings, scores them by web presence signal, and surfaces the leads worth contacting. Drag the window to the side; it stays running while you draft outreach in another.
Files that mean something
Every lead, outreach draft, generated preview and chat session you've ever produced shows up as a virtual folder you can browse. /Leads keeps the workspace pipeline at a glance, /Drafts holds the outreach copy, /Previews stores the website mockups, /Sessions is the searchable history of every conversation. Read-first by design, so nothing here gets accidentally renamed or moved out of place.
Deterministic by default, computer-use opt-in
The core Reachform engine that powers reachform.app, Workspace and the Ava worker is fully deterministic, runs on the VPS, and never ships a prompt to OpenAI or Anthropic. Every lead score, every urgency tag, every suggested action traces back to a verified signal on a real listing. The Browser app inside the OS is the one place a vision LLM is invoked, and only with an explicit goal you set, only when you have an OPENAI_API_KEY in your environment, and only inside a sandboxed Chromium that cannot reach private addresses.
Already on Reachform?
You don’t need to wait.
Every OS app is also a regular Reachform page. Run a search, draft outreach, manage the workspace pipeline, all on the main app today. The desktop is opt-in scaffolding around the same engine.
